Mia Dia is the Founder of Symphony Diversified AI, LLC — a workforce transformation ecosystem powered by AI, built on the principle that the most transformative systems are built from the inside out.

As an AI Consultant, AI Agent Architect, and AI Governance Specialist with 23 years of operational experience inside Michigan courts, law firms, government agencies, and educational institutions, Mia brings a perspective that no external consultant can replicate.

She has sat beside judges in courtrooms, been present in jails with magistrates during arraignments, managed records that appellate courts depend on, and navigated every room in the courthouse where something consequential was happening.

"Twenty-three years inside that system made one thing undeniable: the infrastructure of competency had never been built."

She earned two degrees Summa Cum Laude — in Paralegal Studies and Business Administration. She also studied Film and Theater at Wayne State University, where she had the profound experience of learning directly under the masterclass tutelage of Julie Dash — one of American cinema's most important voices and the director of Daughters of the Dust. That training, alongside her deep appreciation for the dramatic architecture of Tennessee Williams, gave her a filmmaker's understanding of how systems reveal themselves through what they show and what they withhold.

The deeper truth starts at sixteen. There was a season when the ground beneath her shifted — and rather than fall, she learned to build. She found a pen, forged the signature that got her back into high school, and quietly, stubbornly wrote herself back into her own future — piece by piece, step by step.

That experience is not a chapter in the story of Symphony Diversified AI. It is the operating system. Every time she has had to rebuild — and there have been many times — she traces back to that girl who learned at sixteen that she could make a way when there was no way.

The MCOCF, JOPRP, LOCF, and SENTINEL Framework were not built by someone consulting from a distance. They were built by someone who knows what it costs when the infrastructure is missing — and who decided to build it anyway.
