Mia Dia is the Founder of Symphony Diversified AI, LLC — a workforce transformation ecosystem powered by AI, built on the principle that the most transformative systems are built from the inside out.
As an AI Consultant, AI Agent Architect, and AI Governance Specialist with 23 years of operational experience inside Michigan courts, law firms, government agencies, and educational institutions, Mia brings a perspective that no external consultant can replicate.
She has sat beside judges in courtrooms, been present in jails with magistrates during arraignments, managed records that appellate courts depend on, and navigated every room in the courthouse where something consequential was happening.
She earned two degrees Summa Cum Laude — in Paralegal Studies and Business Administration. She also studied Film and Theater at Wayne State University, where she had the profound experience of learning directly under the masterclass tutelage of Julie Dash — one of American cinema's most important voices and the director of Daughters of the Dust. That training, alongside her deep appreciation for the dramatic architecture of Tennessee Williams, gave her a filmmaker's understanding of how systems reveal themselves through what they show and what they withhold.
AI Built From the Inside Out.
To help people and organizations prepare for the future of work through AI readiness, workforce development, credentialing, career discovery, and economic mobility solutions.
To become the most trusted workforce transformation ecosystem in the nation by helping people rediscover capability, develop competency, and create opportunity in an AI-driven world.
There is a version of this story that starts with credentials — the degrees, the certifications, the years of experience. That version is true. But it is not the whole truth.
The deeper truth starts at sixteen. There was a season when the ground beneath her shifted — and rather than fall, she learned to build. She found a pen, forged the signature that got her back into high school, and quietly, stubbornly wrote herself back into her own future — piece by piece, step by step.
That experience is not a chapter in the story of Symphony Diversified AI. It is the operating system. Every time she has had to rebuild — and there have been many times — she traces back to that girl who learned at sixteen that she could make a way when there was no way.
The MCOCF, JOPRP, LOCF, and SENTINEL Framework were not built by someone consulting from a distance. They were built by someone who knows what it costs when the infrastructure is missing — and who decided to build it anyway.
From a single Lunch & Learn to a full AI agent architecture build — every engagement tier meets your organization where it is and moves it forward.
Every engagement is scoped to your organization's size, goals, and complexity.
Let's start a conversation.
Competency-based frameworks, curriculum, certification programs, and AI governance tools built on 23 years of inside operational experience. No competitor has this foundation. These are not just workforce programs — they are economic development infrastructure. Every credential earned is a stable government career opened. Every county in Michigan has court and legal office positions available right now.

For too long, the people who process cases, manage legal offices, and operate the infrastructure of the American justice system have learned by watching — without a competency framework, without a credential, and without a standard. That changes here.
Competency-based curriculum, certification designations, and AI governance tools — all built on 23 years of operational experience inside the organizations they serve.
The Prison & Reentry Initiative brings Justice Workforce Academy programs inside Michigan correctional facilities — credentialing incarcerated individuals for stable government careers before they walk out the door.
"A returning citizen who exits with a CJOP designation has documented professional competency and government jobs available in every county in Michigan. That is not symbolic. That is structural."
The justice sector has never had competency-based professional designations. These are the first of their kind — with no national equivalent.
Whether you are an individual professional, a student, a career changer, or an institution serving hundreds — there is a pathway here for you.
Whether you are an individual professional or an institution — there is a partnership model built for you.
A community that credentials its justice sector workforce, governs AI in its public institutions responsibly, and creates documented pathways into government employment for returning citizens is building something no outside investment can replicate: internal operational resilience.
